This blog is designed to help myself and you reading this through weight loss. on the about me page I explain what I am doing to lose weight and the history surrounding my weight and mental health.
DISCLAIMER
I'm not a health professional. the way I am doing this will be considered wrong, or Unhealthy due to the food/drinks I currently intake. My sugar & fat levels no doubt are still way to high, but this Blog is about starting off somewhere. Overweight people are too often meant to feel like the only way to lose weight is to work out 5 days a week and eat like a rabbit. To start off and get the ball rolling you don't need this. I'm doing this to help people who like me struggle to start and stick to it. If I help 1 person make a start in the right direction I feel it's worth it.
